Our role
Worldmaster International Travel Mart provides event registration tools to independent organizers. The organizer named on an event page determines why attendee information is collected and how it is used for that event. We operate the platform and process that information on the organizer's behalf.
What we collect
We collect account information and the answers requested by an event's registration form, which may include contact details, profile information, uploaded files, payment evidence, ticket activity, and check-in status. We also collect limited technical and security information needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to process registrations, issue tickets, verify payments where applicable, support event operations, send event communications, prevent abuse, provide reporting, and improve platform reliability. We do not sell attendee personal information. After an event, each attendee's name and company are included in an attendee directory shared with that event's exhibiting sellers; an attendee's direct contact details are shared with sellers only where the attendee opted in during registration. Separately, aggregate usage statistics (pages viewed, on-site searches, referring sites) are collected without cookies or identifiers to improve the platform.
Who can access it
Authorized members of the relevant event organizer can access registrations for their events. Authorized platform personnel and service providers may access limited information where necessary to secure, support, and operate the service.
Retention and choices
Retention depends on the organizer's requirements, legal obligations, and platform safety needs. Older records may be anonymized while aggregate event statistics are retained. You may contact the event organizer about a specific registration or contact us about your platform account.
